Sr. Director of Program Services

Partnership Resources, Inc., a non-profit agency, seeks a skilled, energetic, and forward-thinking individual to fill a new and exciting high-level position: Senior Director of Programming. This high-level program director position reports directly to the CEO. In the lead program position, the Senior Director of Programming is responsible for coordinating and implementing a wide range of functions across programming while acting as a change agent within the organization.

Program Director

PRI is now accepting letters of interest and resumes for the position of Program Director at our Older Adult agency site. This position is responsible for the oversight, direction and leadership of the Older Adult DT&H program. The position is a full-time, exempt position that reports to the Senior Director of Program Services.

Rover Part-Time (approx. 32 Hours week)

Partnership Resources, Inc., a non-profit agency, seeks a creative and energetic individual to work with adults with developmental disabilities in an employment setting. We currently have an opening in a Rover position in our day program setting. In this position, a Rover supports community leisure and/or employment opportunities while providing direct care at leisure and employment sites. A Rover is trained to work at a variety of settings while substituting at sites.

We prefer candidates with some experience serving people with disabilities including serving those with developmental disabilities.

The position is approximately 30-32 hours per week, Generally, Monday through Friday with day-time hours. Competitive salary ($11-13hr depending on qualifications). Benefits include medical and dental insurance, retirement/403b, paid time off, paid holidays and training.

Vocational Specialist/Job Coach

Partnership Resources, Inc. has an opening for a Vocational Specialist (job coach) position. In this position, the Vocational Specialist responsibilities include supporting employment opportunities while providing direct care and case management to your own caseload. This involves supporting clients working in a community based employment opportunity.

The position is full-time Monday through Friday with daytime hours. Competitive salary: $26,250-$28,350 depending on qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance, retirement/403b, paid time off, paid holidays and training.

Experience working with people with disabilities and prior job coaching experience is a plus.

Program Specialist

Partnership Resources, Inc. (PRI) currently has an opening in a Program Specialist position in our day program setting. In this position, the Program Specialist responsibilities include creating and supporting community and leisure opportunities while providing direct care and case management to your own caseload. 

PRI provides a supportive and dynamic environment where staff success and growth is as valued as client success.  We provide onsite and offsite continuing education to all staff on a yearly basis including Medication Administration, CPR/First Aide, along with required 245D training and many other skill building trainings. PRI offers staff a generous benefits package to staff including medical, dental, life, disability, paid time off, holiday pay and retirement plan with employer contribution.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday with day-time hours (approximately 8:00 am – 4:00 pm) with core client hours of 8:30am-2:30pm. Competitive salary of $26,250 - $28,350 depending on qualifications and full benefits package included.

Program Assistant

We currently have an opening for a Program Assistant position in our day program setting in St. Louis Park. In this position, the Program Assistant responsibilities include supporting community and leisure opportunities while providing direct care to adults with developmental disabilities.

The position is part-time (approx. 30-32 hours per week), Monday through Friday with day-time hours (approximately 8:30 am – 2:30 pm). Competitive salary ($10.50-$13.00/hour depending on qualifications) and benefits included. Some experience in human services field is preferred.
